Where do you deliver?

We deliver nationwide across South Africa using trusted couriers.

How long does delivery take?

Major centres: 2–5 working days
Outlying areas: 5–7 working days.
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure online payments via credit/debit card, EFT, and instant EFT.

Can I return a product?

Yes — unopened, unused items can be returned within 7 days in line with our Shipping & Returns Policy. Perishable goods (spices, sauces, oils) cannot be returned once opened.

What happens if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us within 48 hours at info@thebbqblondie.com with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at our cost.

Do you sell internationally?

At this stage, we deliver only within South Africa. International shipping may be introduced in the future.
