Refund Policy

1. Eligibility

Refunds are considered in line with the Consumer Protection Act.

Refunds will only be processed if:

  • The goods are defective, unsafe, or of poor quality.
  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • You cancel the order before dispatch.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Perishable food products (spices, sauces, oils, etc.) cannot be refunded once opened, unless defective.

Gift cards, sale items, and promotional products are not eligible for refund.

3. Process

Refund requests must be submitted to info@thebbqblondie.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.

Where applicable, store credit may be offered as an alternative.

4. Exchanges

If you prefer, you may request an exchange for another product of equal value instead of a refund, subject to stock availability.
